G450 Matrox dualhead, can i drag apps across?

Anyone have experience w/ this MATROX G450 dualhead agp card?

I am on 2 diff DESKTOPS. I can drag folders across the 2 desktops. But cant w/ OPEN APPS. anyone know a way to do this? do i need to edit my xorg11 conf? if so how?
