FX 5700 drivers

what drivers do you have loaded for using framebuffer on boot? With the currect nvidia drivers (from nvidia.com), you can't use rivafb built-in (bargain for module) and install the nvidia driver. So what do you use? Is there a way to get nvidia.o to be used as my fb driver?

Currently, since my console is on rivafb, if I load nvidia, I can't go back to console (aka ctrl-alt-backspace = blank/black screen = ctrl-alt-[F1-F6]).

Just recompile the kernel with the Vesa framebuffer driver.

Same problem as before, switching from X to console leaves me a blank screen :/

Although it did fix the nvidia nag.
