FTP server

Hi,

I have a redhat linux 5 enterprises server where i have 2 Ethernet and i have installed FTP service on the same server.

I want to activate ftp service in 1 Ethernet card and not in another and i have a certain location of folder in another hdd mount in media where users have data.

so please help me to change default ftp path to my another hdd mounted to /media.

Please help me to create user name and password for windows users, so that my server will be secure while they will access the ftp server from Microsoft Internet Explorer form windows based computer.

Thanks.

Your question is very broad. You should start by looking at /etc/proftpd.conf

You may want to look at the official documentation info at the Proftpd website
