fsck wont find malformed direntry

Hello,
i have a headless(no keyboard or screen) server that has exposed a strange harddisk problem:
Code:
uname -a
Linux backy 3.2.0-60-generic #91-Ubuntu SMP Wed Feb 19 03:54:44 UTC 2014 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
Code:
root@backy:/media/backup/hourly.3/banal/home/hans/Maildir/.RoWo.SG-Leipzig/cur# ls -la
0BtϿ: No such file or directory2P6210.banal,W=
total 88
drwx------ 2 573 users 86016 Apr 24 08:07 .
drwx------ 3 573 users 4096 Apr 24 08:07 ..
-????????? ? ? ? ? ? 1340173662.M121022P6210.banal,W=??0Bt?Ͽ???????
root@backy:
As you can see, there is a defective file with invalid characters in the filename.
I cannot remove the file or unlink it, ls -i gives:

Code:
root@backy:/media/backup/hourly.3/banal/home/hans/Maildir/.RoWo.SG-Leipzig/cur# ls -iN | cat -A
0BtϿ: No such file or directory2P6210.banal,W=
? 1340173662.M121022P6210.banal,W=^^^M0BtM-,M-OM-?M-=M-#M-}M-:^]^X^Z$
root@backy:
If i unmount the filesystem and try fsck, or fsck.ext4, it finds no errors:
Code:
root@backy:/home/dirk# umount /media/backup
root@backy:/home/dirk# fsck /dev/mapper/backup
fsck from util-linux 2.20.1
e2fsck 1.42 (29-Nov-2011)
/dev/mapper/backup: clean, 4747343/122093568 files, 144060394/488345328 blocks
root@backy:
How do i get rid of this file, or clean my filesystem?

Any Ideas would be appreciated!
Dirk

Found the solution myself: The fsck.ext4 manpage mentions a -f (=force) switch, that works.

The standard "man fsck" output does NOT show up this switch...
