Firmware problem form TP-LINK TL-WN321G Usb Wireless Adapter on Centos 6.3

Hi.

I have installed Centos 6.3 successfully. After fresh installing in NetworkManager was not Wireless connections section. And i compiled compat-wireless-3.5.4-1, and installed compat-wireless using script ./scripts/driver-select rt2x00 driver. After the installation in NetworkManager has wireless connections section, in there written that firmware is missing. In /lib/firmware directory exists rt73.bin firmware. What is problem?

Thanks

This TP-Link device comes in different versions with different chipsets. Please post the output of
Code:
lspci
so that we can see which chipset is in use.

According to your iwconfig, your wireless is working, just not connected to anything.
