Firewire Hard Drive Size?
 
Okay here is the problem, any ideas or solutions greatfully appreciated...

I have successfully added a Lacie Firewire hard drive to my Mandrake 9 system and it works great.

The system in question acts as a MAC fileserver and I use Netatalk. The three IDE drives are fine and work well under the Netatalk share. The new Firewire drive works, but when you access it through the Netatalk share the size of the disk is misrepresented. i.e an 80g disk shows as 2.79gb.

I have formated the drive and tried Linux native, Ext2 and Ext3 filesystems but all with the same results. Any thoughts?
