fc2 won't detect new graphics card

Hi, I changed my graphics card but fedora core 2 won't detect the new one (S3 savage4) and can't start x. I get the error No screens found. I know fc2 uses xorg instead of xf86 but how can i change the settings? what do I run? i've tried everything from redhat-settings-display to xconfig xcfg xf86config Xconfigurator xorgconfig xorgcfg but nothing works.

thanks

Try to manually edit the file:
/etcX11/xorg.conf
