Fax server

Hello all,

I am in need of a little help
my boss comes up to me today and asks me to help him find a good open source fax server and good hardware so that when an employee receives a fax that it will email it to them..

i have never set up a fax server or even know where to start

he said he would like a web interface or some kinda of ease to manage it..

if anyone good point me to some good software and hardware i would appreciate it

it does HAVE to be opensource or even *nix based.. but preferably
