Fastest SATA SSD or pair of RAID 0 SSD's under aprox $200

What are the fastest SATA SSD's (or pairs of SSD's for use with software RAID 0) under approximately $200 as of March 2016?

Two SATA 3 ports are available.

Size not an issue, just performance.

Shortened boot time essential, with both linux peppermint that is based on ubuntu, and windows 7.
