External USB hard drives works with Linux?
 
the external USB hard drives works with Linux?

I mean: all the USB hard drives are the same for Linux or maybe some works and others not?

there are always likely to be exceptions to the rule, but the vast majority of drives will just provide a scsi device for you in /dev as normal without any real hassle. note that it's not the drive, but the caddy that does the deal, so as long as you have a good caddy, you'll be laughing.

yes, so I want know if all USB boxes, usually, works......

teorically, it's the sames as an usb pendrive, I think.....
