external HDD: Western Digital Extreme with Mandriva?
 

I need an external HDD for my laptop.
I've found a pretty good and cheap one.

so i wounder if this:
Western Digital Extreme light combo drive 250GB Firewire/USB 2.0
( cant post an URL yet, need 5 posts you know >_< )
works in Mandriva LE2005 X86 DVD with firewire

Yep, it'll work. Any external drive that doesn't need drivers in Win2000/XP/ME should work perfectly.
