Hi
I have a 8 2T discs in a raid 6 on an adaptec 3805. Its been running fine for more than a year until this morning where it failed and reboots did not bring the device back online. Adaptec Storage Manager says its "optimal" although it has a smart-warning on one of the drives. I will replace that drive asap
