ethernet card pb with 2.4.21

Hi all,

I have a problem using my ethernet card running with the 2.4.21 kernel (debian)

here's what I got :

> /etc/init.d/networking stop
Deconfiguring network interfaces... SIOCDELRT: No such device
done.
> /etc/init.d/networking start
Configuring network interfaces... SIOCSIFADDR: No such device
eth0: ERROR while getting interface flags: No such device
SIOCSIFNETMASK: No such device
eth0: ERROR while getting interface flags: No such device
done.

??

if someone has a clue, really thx !!

Did you load a module driver for you card? What card is it? Could you post the outputs of "lspci -v" and "ifconfig"?
