Do you know which chipset is used on that card? Does anything show up in dmesg or lspci output?

The Model is Logitec LHA-SA32PE, And the chipset is :
Silicon Image, Inc. SiI 3132 Serial ATA Raid II Controller (rev 01), it shows when typing lspci, that is about all! After that nothing works!

The Sil3132 is a rather old cheap (released in 2005, IIRC) and it should work out of the box. Are the drives recognized by the controller firmware (you should see that during POST phase when the machine starts)? Is the driver module loaded (should be something like sata_sil24, you should see that driver when running lsmod)?

The Only ones I got are:
sata_sil24 0000:03:00.0: version 1.1
sata_sil24 0000:03:00.0: PCI INT A -> Link[APC5] -> GSI 16 (level, low) -> IRQ 16
sata_sil24 0000:03:00.0: setting latency timer to 64
