eGPU and linux - turning on GPU's outputs

Hi guys.

I need some help with eGPU setup.
I am using X230 laptop and Nvidia card plugged via ExpressCard slot with an adapter.

When I am using this card with bumblebee and CUDA everything works as it should - optrun and primusrun are starting applications just fine, lspci also detects everything.

However, the fun really starts with my trying to connect an external screen. If i do it after I boot - nothing happens. Xrandr does not see the screen and Nvidia-Settings cant see it either. But if i try to boot with screen connected nvidia module fails to load entirely, here are the logs:
Kernel - http://cxg.de/_994e84.htm
Xorg - http://cxg.de/_db2cd9.htm
lspci - http://cxg.de/_051169.htm

Any ideas what to do?

Ok, update.
I replaced bios loader with systemd-boot, and booting via UEFI solved the error, now I dont get any kernel errors, but I still cant figure out how to turn the screen on

OK, I solved it.
My solution was:
1)Switching to systemd-boot and booting via UEFI to eliminate BIOS problems with PCIe
2)Replacing mesa-libgl with nvidia-libgl and creating xconfing with nvidia-xconfig.

I made a bash script for quick switching.
