eGalax touchscreen

I have an industrial kiosk pc which runs Slackware 10.1

I want to get the eGalax touchscreen working, but Slackware is not in their Linux list
ie RedHat x
Fedora
Suse
Mandrake
Yellow Dog
kernel is 2.4.29 or 30

Any ideas which one may work?
