dual monitor problem on xf86 4.3 with ati radeon 9700 pro

When i go to the screen resize and rotate tool in kde, it has the screen selection box greyed out and it is selected on screen one. when i go to multiple monitors, it says i dont have it... I have a dual head 9700 pro and 2 monitors plugged into it. currently the second one is just a copy of the second. I tried changing with the xf86 configs, but no luck so far... Please help!

this is my xf86 file so far:
