Hello. On my slackware 10.2 laptop I recently installed the radeon DRI drivers. However I have seen no increase in performance, as far as opengl goes. I used the radeon drivers, seeing as I have a ATI Radeon Mobility M6. I don't know what I did wrong. Perhaps I should not have installed in X, or maybe I did something wrong. I simply went to the file where I unpacked them and did a ./install.sh.

I installed both the common and radeon drivers. Any idea what I'm doing wrong here? I want to get the most out of my video card, barring its only 32 MB.

Ok, Direct Rendering still equals a big no. I don't know what to do. I desperately want to get direct rendering going, but don't know what I've done wrong. I made some changes to a conf file, but alas its still no. I'm stuck, can someone gimme some help?
