Do I need to Install Intel Driver?

Im using Ubuntu and Im not sure if Im supposed to install my driver myself or if its already installed it for me. The Device Manager tells me little;

Device: 82865G Integrated Graphics Controller
Status: Status
Bus Type: PCI
Device Type: Unknown
Capabilities: Unknown

Does the fact that it shows up in the Device Manager mean Im in the clear?
