What do you have in Section "ServerLayout" at the end of your XF86Config-4?

zzZoiDzz 01-30-2004 03:08 AM

Section "ServerLayout"
Identifier "layout1"
Screen "screen1"
InputDevice "Keyboard1" "CoreKeyboard"
InputDevice "Mouse1" "CorePointer"
InputDevice "Mouse2" "SendCoreEvents"
EndSection

Try commenting out the 2nd mouse like this
Code:

Section "ServerLayout"
Identifier "layout1"
Screen "screen1"
InputDevice "Keyboard1" "CoreKeyboard"
InputDevice "Mouse1" "CorePointer"
#InputDevice "Mouse2" "SendCoreEvents"
EndSection

Change the following two sections to look like this
Code:

#Section "InputDevice"
#    Identifier "Mouse2"
#    Driver "mouse"
#    Option "Protocol" "PS/2"
#    Option "Device" "/dev/psaux"
#    Option "Emulate3Buttons"
#    Option "Emulate3Timeout" "50"
#EndSection

Section "ServerLayout"
    Identifier "layout1"
    Screen "screen1"
    InputDevice "Keyboard1" "CoreKeyboard"
    InputDevice "Mouse1" "CorePointer"
#  InputDevice "Mouse2" "SendCoreEvents"
EndSection

After you comment out those lines, save the file, then reboot the computer.
