Disable PS/2 Keyboard and Mouse in Xorg

I need to disable the keyboard and mouse input for XServer. Is there a way to do this from the Xorg.conf file or can i compile out the keyboard and mouse support in the kernel?

I have tried the kernel way by compiling out the keyboard and mouse options (at least i think i got all the options turned off) but the keyboard still works.

Any help would be great.

If you don't have any input devices explicitly defined in xorg.conf, you can disable auto plugging via:
Section "ServerFlags"
    Option "AutoAddDevices" "False"
