hda2 Boot Primary Linux ext2 9409.73
hda3 Primary Linux swap 16.46

when hda2 is set as active or bootable partition and the computer is starting up it says "error loading operating system"
distro slackware9.1
im a newbie 14 year old please help
I would not use that program again. It is probably not going to help but you can boot a floppy or CD version of Linux, mount your partitions and see what's there.
Maybe you need a boot loader floppy like grub so you can boot the system.
if you have a linux boot disk use that and run fschk -p /dev/hda1 or what every partition you have your linux stuff on. you never know it might fix it !!!!
on windows i use ext2fsd-0.20 for reading from my ext partitions I don't think you can write with it.
