Dell Optiplex SX280 NIC and DVI Problem

I'm running Red Hat Enterprise Linux ES release 3 (Taroon Update 2) and can not get Red Hat to output a DVI signal in run level 5. My monitor is a Dell 1704FPV LCD. Also, the integrated NIC does not work. Any help or suggestions will be appreciated.

Thanks,

Wade
