Date or Time Problem

I Have New DG41TY Intel Desktop Motherboard,with 2gb ram & RHEL 4.7.
If i power on the machine my BIOS date or time is perfect but in Linux my date & time has been changed. when every time i go to date or time setting & change date or time. Please give me any permanent solution.

Set the local time to local in your time program and not utc or gmt
