Are there any factors to think of when Daisy Chaining Parallel Devices in Linux?
I know I have to create an entry under /mnt.

For example:

I have three older hardward devices that I could daisy chain together to get to work.

1. Zip 250 External Drive

2. Old Artec Scanner

3. IBM Laser Printer

The Zip drive and the scanner both use a scsi emulation to operate.

scsi on the parallel port may/may not have been compiled into your kernel.
Try modprobe sg and see if the module loads ok.
