D-Link DFE-530TX and Mandrake 8.1

[Log in to get rid of this advertisement]
HI
I have been trying to install Mandrake 8.1. I have a D-Link DFE-530TX network card.
While configuring the network, i was asked for network module, i could not find the D-Link DFE-530TX module. Some one advised me to go for VIA Rhine module,
I came up with a screen which said that it was not the correct one and and then said "which net driver should i try?" , i hit cancel but it kept on going in a loop. I had to switch of my machine.

Please help

Hello and welcome to LinuxQuestions. According to this entry in the LinuxQuestions Hardware compatibility list it works great using the 8139too driver.
