You could try here. But I've not been able to get on Creative's website for over a week now. I don't know what is going on with them?

EDIT, Just checked and hey don't have any there for Linux/Audigy Value, full stop.

The Audigy series are fairly well supported out-of-the-box in Linux (via ALSA) these days.

I don't know much about SuSE, but I assume it would likely have picked up the card and loaded the relevant module. Normally with Audigy's you have to unmute the card and disable the optical output before you get any sound as well.

Audigy Value

Check Alsa here for your driver.
what does lspci -v on the konsole say? It might give the driver name.

However, if there is no exact match it will not work.
