Converting digital output to USB for data collection

I have some devices I've built that employed the 25 pin printer port. I would like to convert these 4 wire devices (clk, do, /sc, ground) from an 0831 AD to USB. Can someone suggest how I can do this? I am aware of USB to 25 pin connectors but I would like other options if there are any as I don't know how to program such a cable tho I leave that option open.

Maybe the easiest method.
