Converting 32 bit to 64 and vise versa linux

Is it possible in RedHat Linux or SuSE linux to convert 32-bit to 64 and viceversa? If so, how.

You left out a few details. What do you want to convert? Are we talking about 32 vs 64 bit OS?

ya, I like to convert 32 vs 64 bit OS on intel/itanium architecture.

"Convert" may not be the best way to describe what you want. RedHat for instance sells Enterprise Linux 3 for x86, Itanium, AMD64 and other 32 and 64-bit architectures.
