I don't know if I have to install any drivers for modem.
Do my modem work if I install a driver ,if so from where can I get a driver?

Is that the PCI version? Be prepared for an absolutely terrible experience getting that modem to work. At all. With any Linux.
I'm not trying to discourage you, but just telling you to be prepared...
It's known as a 'winmodem'. I have one of the exact same modems here, along with 2 other similar ones. None of them will work with my system (Slackware) using the 2.6 kernel.
As I recall, it's a conexant/rockwell chipset inside that thing.
Visit linmodems.org, conexant.??? and linuxant.com for detailed information, chipset-ID tools, and links to places to get drivers. Try all the links from those sites, and also use Google with queries like "Linux HSP56" or "PCTel modem Linux". After a few days of looking, you will run out of new links.
I will have a look on my system and see if I still have all the drivers I downloaded for those types of modems; no promises, but I may have one or 2 for it if you want to try them, I could email them. I will have a look anyways.
I sincerely wish you the best of luck with the modem, but.. Don't hold your breath! It may be worth your while to get another modem.

UPDATE: I have located my collection of modem drivers. There's a variety of them, for both kernels (2.4 and 2.6) and for several distributions. If you cannot locate any or one that works, I'll see what's here specifically for PCTel if you still need one.
