How can I get access to the bios of the above laptop. I don't know which keys I have to press when to get this done.

Maybe this worked under Windows, but is doesn't under Redhat 8.0. The cursor never goes to the named position. Apart from this F10 doesn't get ne to the bios.

I get a new Compaq Evo N1020v:

You must reboot and press F10 wille the Compaq logo is displayed to enter the bios.

Note: My Compaq comes with an PhoenixBios

I would suggest not responding to a thread that is almost 6 years old.
