CNet Pro 200 10/100MBits drivers

Does anybody know where I can get some working drivers for the CNet Pro200-networkcard?? I just can't get it to work, except in Redhat, but in Redhat my sound doesn't work!

In redhat, type "lsmod" to get the name of the driver it is using. Then search google for a place you can download this driver for whatever distribution you want to use.
