CMOS laptop battery question

Does anybody by any chance know how to change a CMOS battery on an ASUS M2400 or similar laptop? I don't see an obvious way of taking the case apart to get to te battery and my RTC keeps losing about half an hour every time I reboot the machine after a day of non-use thereabouts. Thanks.

You may have to un-solder the battery, if it is soldered in. Other than that just remove it and replace with a new one.

Ok, thanks, but how do I get to it is my question as I can't seem to find the one screw that is keeping the case closed near the I/O ports in the back.
