CentOS Error after kernel upgrade. server1 kernel: EDAC MC0: UE page 0x0, offset 0x0

I upgraded my kernel, on centos and I am getting the console filled with the below errors. I upgraded 20 servers, 2 are giving the below error the rest are not. I tried a different kernel on the 2 giving the error, and they still give the error.

Does anyone know what this means?

server1 kernel: EDAC MC0: UE page 0x0, offset 0x0, grain 536870912, row 3, labels ":": i3200 UE

Memory uncorrectable errors (UE) were found? Seen Documentation/edac.txt?

That fixed it!

Why did I get those errors all of a sudden? Is this a feature of the new kernel?

Not all of a sudden. ECs actually have been there for a long time...

... it's just that from the current kernel version on EDAC "works as advertised".
