Cant eject


I put in a music cd into my cd rom n now i cant eject it...can anyone help? i tried umount...but it says the device is busy

Okay, its been an hour and you've probably sorted this out by now, its weird, music CDs aren't mounted when played, the device is just read raw. Whatever proggy you're using to listen to the CD may have bugged out. At the worst, as root:

init 3
eject /mnt/cdrom (or possibly /cdrom)
init 5

That'll Clear it up!!! Of course that's just killing X and then restarting it.
