hey all..
ive got at problem, i cant change my screen resolution. i got a Radeon Mobility x600. so ive installed the drivers, and they are working. and duing the driver config,i chose the resolution i wanted, but after rebood, it doesnt change.
i worked the first time i did it. then i updated my kernel, and run the driver config again. but i messed something up with the hsync. so after reboot that "cant start X auto detect a working mode" thing poped up. thourgh that i changed the resolution to 800x600, so i could get X running again. ran the driver config again, to do it right. but after that i havnt been able to change my resolution. im new to linux, so i dont know what to do.

as you can see the resolutions is they way i want them in the config. but i simply cant change to these resolutions. i think it might be because of the monitor...?
allso if i make any changes in the Display menu, its just back to normal after reboot.. why?
hope you can help me, this 800x600 is driving me nuts
