Question Canon BJC 3000 as a scanner

Hi,

i have a canon BJC 3000 Printer which can also work as a scanner.
Is there a chance to get the scanner working in linux ?
It's no usb- or scsi-scanner ....
I am using SuSE Linux 9.0.

Thanks in advance

Dirk
