Can not shutdown the computer properly

I can shut it down only by the off button
What do you think the problem is?

Hi Michael, can you be more specific please. What happens when you give init 0 or poweroff command. If your system completes all the shutdown process except switching off itself in the end, then check your ACPI settings in BIOS.
