Can Not Get My D-link Adsl Modem Dsl-200 To Work With Suse 10.0
Hi .
i am a total new boy to suse 10.
i have an adsl d-link dsl 200 ext modem, and can not get it to work on my toshiba L10 laptop.
i have downloaded the ECIADSL rpm file, when i try to install i get no pppoe found, i downloaded the pppoe file but get other confics with it.
i am doing something realy stupid i think, but i don't know what.
Could someone please help on this matter.

i have now changed my modem modem, i am using a linksys wireless G home gateway.
i connected my pc running windows xp to it by network card.
set that up ok.
i changed my linux from KDE to GNOME.
This then picked up my PCMCIA card, once i finished the installation i re-booted with the card in and i connected no problem.
