Question Can anybody recommend an arm9 processor card? It is urgent.


Hi,

I am looking for a small size ARM9 processor card for my project, here is my requirements:
1. CPU: arm9 processor, working frequency shall be 200MHz or higher
2. Memory: 256MB NandFlash, 64MB SDRAM
3. Supports Linux
4. RTC, with backup battery
5. GPIO at least 16
6. Power supply: 5V or 3V operation
7. size: shall be no larger than 55x60mm

If you find any processor card which might be suitable for the above requirements, please share your answer here, thank you.

There is a tiny arm9 core board which is might be good for you, following are its features, please check it out:

- Processor: Atmel AT91SAM9G20 ( based on ARM926EJ-S Core), 400MHz
* 32 KBytes Data Cache, 32 KBytes Instruction Cache, with MMU
* Internal memory: one 64KB ROM and one 16KB SRAM
- External memory: 4MB DataFlash,256MB NandFlash,64KB EEPROM and 64MB SDRAM
- One Micro USB connector
- One UART Serial Port (TTL Level)
- OS: Preinstalled Linux2.6, support WinCE6.0 (BSP, optional)
- Power supply: 5V
- Temperature range: -20 to +70 Celsius
- Dimension: 45mm x 52mm x 11mm (Length x Width x Thickness)
- GPIO: 120pins
- The module is led out most signals of Atmel AT91SAM9G20, like UART, Ethernet, LCD, Touch Screen, USB Host, USB Device, ADC, DAC, SPI, SDIO, GPIO and so on.
