can't read data DVD-R on my DVD-ROM/CD-RW combi drive
Good Evening!
I've been Googling around for a few hours now, but can't seem to find an answer to my problem. I'm running Fedora 2.6.5-1.358 and have a Samsung DVD-ROM/CD-RW combi drive. I've configured my system to use gxine and mplayer and both are able to play DVD films, but when I pop a data DVD-R in and do an ls on the contents, I get the following: [bruce@localhost cdrom]# ls -laF total 6 dr-xr-xr-x 18 4294967295 4294967295 952 May 5 2004 ./ drwxr-xr-x 9 root root 4096 Nov 16 00:38 ../ ?--------- ? ? ? ? ? bin ?--------- ? ? ? ? ? captureLab ?--------- ? ? ? ? ? So, I'm a bit confused. Anyone know how to resolve this? Many thanks Bruce |
