C-Media CMI8738 6 channel sound card in SuSE 9.1 Pro
 

Hey,

I recently bought a generic cheapo sound card from Novatech, made by Mercury (never heard of them) it is a C-Media CMI8738 chipset thingy that claims to have drivers for Linux, and on the CD it does, but the directories and things that I'm told to extract the files too don't exist in SuSE. The readme only has directions for Mandrake, Slackware and Red Hat.

Is any one able to tell me how to install these drivers? Or suggest a website or something that can tell me?
