C-Media 8738 Integ. Sound Card

Hi.. I've posted before, but never got a satisfactory solution, coz it never worked. I have a C-Media (CMI) 8738 Integrated Sound Card. No problems there. Problems are that sound server seems to hang when I want it to work! Grr.. Any suggestions?

OH MY GOD!!!!!! I had the same problem with the same distro and the same sound card! LOLOL...
Dont use soundserver and it seems to work... I just dontu se the sound server but MDK doesnt seem to mix the sound rite cuz Im like playing a song and I dont hear if I get an IM, and if my sound card isnt being used I am able to hear the IM...
