I have to build a linux cluster with 100 PC, in what I am interested is in hardware, can someone give me some advices regarding to this. I am interested in how many switches and routers should I use?

Basically we are trying to add two network cards on the same PC, if this will work this will be a good start if not we will go to 50 PC's, I am a bit worried about the switches and routers, which kind of switches should I use, what router as well, but of course this is a project where the amount of money for this is low. I would appreciate your advice very deeply.
