BT3030 Dongle

Wanna install Tecom BT3030 Bluetooth dongle. Redhat 9.0 with 2.6.5 kernel. Compiled "bluetooth support" as module (bluetooth and hci_usb).
Downloaded bluez-libs and bluez-utils, tried to compile bluez-bluefw fw, but it says:

In file included from usblib.h:30,
from bluefw.c:39:
/usr/src/linux/include/linux/usbdevice_fs.h:49: variable or field `__user' declared void
/usr/src/linux/include/linux/usbdevice_fs.h:49: warning: no semicolon at end of struct or union
/usr/src/linux/include/linux/usbdevice_fs.h:49: parse error before '*' token
/usr/src/linux/include/linux/usbdevice_fs.h:56: variable or field `__user' declared void
/usr/src/linux/include/linux/usbdevice_fs.h:56: warning: no semicolon at end of struct or union
/usr/src/linux/include/linux/usbdevice_fs.h:56: parse error before '*' token
/usr/src/linux/include/linux/usbdevice_fs.h:100: variable or field `__user' declared void
/usr/src/linux/include/linux/usbdevice_fs.h:100: warning: no semicolon at end of struct or union
/usr/src/linux/include/linux/usbdevice_fs.h:100: parse error before '*' token
/usr/src/linux/include/linux/usbdevice_fs.h:109: parse error before '}' token
/usr/src/linux/include/linux/usbdevice_fs.h:116: variable or field `__user' declared void
/usr/src/linux/include/linux/usbdevice_fs.h:116: warning: no semicolon at end of struct or union
/usr/src/linux/include/linux/usbdevice_fs.h:116: parse error before '*' token
make[1]: *** [bluefw.o] Error 1

When I trie hcitool it says there is no devices.
Modules bluetooth and hci_usb are loaded, no module bluez is available (as recommended).
Here is dmegs:
Bluetooth: Core ver 2.4
Bluetooth: HCI USB driver ver 2.5
drivers/usb/core/usb.c: registered new driver hci_usb
usb 1-1: new full speed USB device using address 5

did you get it working?

Hi,
I seem to have the same problem:
I try to install an WBT-3020 Dongle, and I already know that the kernel-based bcm203x thing must not be installed.
Ok, so I have to compile at least *one* of the firmware loaders.
There is
bluez-bluefw-0.9.tar.gz, which produces exactly the errors you have got,
bluez-bluefw-1.0.tar.gz, with the same errors, too.

And there is bluez-firmware-1.0.tar.gz fresh from bluez.org, which ./configures, makes, and make installes perfectly. Well, but there is no executable after make install.
So it seems to be absolutely useless.
When I run /etc/hotplug/usb/bluefw usw 001/007
it says there is no "/sbin/bluefw" - there really is not.

How do I get this bluefw executable into my system?

Thanks in advance!
