Broadcom V.92 MDC Modem for Dell Inspiron 1100 not being recognized by Fedora Core 1.

Hi everyone! Fedora Core is really working out well for me! But some problems still exist. I have a Broadcom V. 92 MDC Modem on my Dell Inspirion 1100 but Fedora doesn't recognize it! Does anyone know where I can get a driver (if that's what I need!), patch (?), or whatever else to fix this problem!
HELP PLEASE!

Broadcom modems used on Dell computers are winmodems. There may be drivers available on www.linmodems.org that may work with your broadcom modem. If that doesn't work, your options may be limited since the 1100 doesn't have a serial port. As a matter of fact, the 1100, 5100, and 5150 series do not have parallel or serial ports but the 300m, 600m and 8600 do.
