Broadcom BCM4212 Driver needed

Okay, I am having some issues finding a driver for my modem. Unfortunately I am stuck with 56k, and have a Broadcom BCM4212 v90 modem. I am running Ubuntu 7.04 , but I want to find the binary/source file for the driver, as many uncompatable drivers seem to be out there, can anyone point me somewhere useful?
