bring up eth0 slow!!
hi,
my system bring up eth0 very slowly!! why??
when system startup,
text mode :
.......
.......
bring up interface eth0 : _
(when run here system will stop for long time, what the hell?)

It is brobably doing a dhcp query at boot. It may take some time; especially it takes some time if there is no dhcp server which answers. Btw how much is very slow? I'm talking about 10 seconds max.

I think network setting is OK because i can use mozilla to chat here,and use evolution e-mail well.
by the way , i restart my computer just now ,and i found
it stay at "bring up interface eth0: _" about 1 minute, not 20 seconds i think.
what's wrong with my system?
