Question BIOS don't support boot from CD-ROM. Need help

Hello everyone who read this.
My old PC don't support boot from CD-ROM... I need floppy what provide boot menu and I can select boot from CD-ROM.
If such floppy existing, please tell me where I can find it. Thanks
