Hello all,

I had lenny Debian kernel 2.6.24-1 with the bcm41xx working with ndiswrapper, this is how I dit it:

AS ROOT
Code:
aptitude install ndiswrapper-utils-1.9
aptitude install zip
echo 'blacklist bcm43xx' | tee -a /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist
wget http://myspamb8.googlepages.com/R151517-pruned.zip
unzip R151517-pruned.zip
ndiswrapper -i bcmwl5.inf
ndiswrapper -l
depmod -a
m-a prepare
m-a a-i ndiswrapper
modprobe ndiswrapper
cp /etc/network/interfaces /etc/network/interfaces.orig
echo -e 'auto lo\niface lo inet loopback\n' | tee /etc/network/interfaces
ndiswrapper -m
echo 'ndiswrapper' | tee -a /etc/modules
echo 'ENABLED=0' | tee -a /etc/default/wpasupplicant
Now Ive upgraded to kernel 2.6.25-2 and suddenly it does not work, I have tried removing and redoing everything but I have not been able to get it working...

Could anyone help me out with this?

Thank you all...

Have you tried using the in-kernel Broadcom drivers? I use them on my laptop at home and they work fairly well. The only problem is that interference mitigation is not yet implemented on the version of the kernel I use, so I had to make sure I did not let my laptop get too close to my MythTV box which was using a USB wireless adapter.
